Amanda - Owner and Personal Trainer

An experienced fitness enthusiast, I am a personal trainer for everyone who aspires to be healthy and active during each stage of life.  I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their goals, they just need to be provided the right tools and support to reach them.  And along the way, your confidence builds as I promote a positive relationship with your body, your food and your surroundings.  This is my favorite part of your entire transformation!
My Training Philosophy

  • Teach you how to move in the best manner possible to alleviate joint pain and/or stiffness
  • Help you develop both physical and mental toughness
  • Provide an environment that encourages confidence and self-love
  • Work towards developing a self-sustaining healthy lifestyle

What you will not find in my training philosophy is the promotion of unrealistic goals or the use of exercise and food as punishment and/or rewards.  Long-term, sustainable goals are achieved through a positive outlook and enjoyment of daily activities.
